About PMUC
Property Management Urban Corporation ("PMUC", "we", "us") is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Portage, Michigan. We provide affordable housing, rental assistance, support services, and property management.
Information on the Site
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but program details, availability, rents, and eligibility rules can change without notice. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or tax advice.
Contacting us or submitting the form does not guarantee housing, rental assistance, or any other service. Eligibility is decided under each program's rules, and any housing arrangement is governed only by a signed written agreement.
Using the Site

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
Submit false information or impersonate another person
Send spam, malicious code, or automated requests through the contact form
