PMUC collects only the information you choose to send us, uses it to respond to you, and does not sell or share it for marketing.
Who we are

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message. We also receive whatever you share when you call or email us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. We use these logs only to keep the Site secure and working.
Please do not include sensitive details such as Social Security numbers, income records, or medical information in the contact form. If we need documents to help you, we will tell you a secure way to provide them.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.
When we share information
We share information only in these limited cases:
Service providers that run the Site and our email on our behalf, such as our web host and WordPress form plugin. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
With your permission, for example when you ask us to connect you with a partner agency.
When required by law, such as a subpoena or court order, or to protect the safety of any person.
Third-party services on the Site
WordPress and WPForms power the Site and its contact form. Form entries are stored on our web server and emailed to PMUC staff.
Google Fonts supplies the Site's typefaces. When a page loads, your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not use analytics or tracking tools on the Site.
Cookies
The Site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages and related emails for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need them longer to provide services you requested or to meet legal requirements. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our host.
How we protect information
The Site uses HTTPS encryption, and access to form entries is limited to PMUC staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@pmucorp.net or call (269) 216-3606. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
