Doris Miller joined the Board of Directors in 2009. Ms. Miller was previously with MPI Research for 6 years where she served as the Director of Organizational Development; prior to that she was employed with Fabri-Kal Corporation for 20 years where she began her career in Supply Chain Management serving in various management roles from Purchasing, Customer Service, Recruitment and Training and Development. Ms. Miller brings 15yrs of property management experience to PMUC with her own properties.

Ms. Miller is a Certified Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt, and a Certified Executive Master Coach, both certifications were obtained from Lawrence Technological University. Ms. Miller currently has her own consulting business, Miller Consulting, focusing on total performance systems for Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Supply Chain Management.
