Lance Shave joined PMUC in 2014 as the Chief Operations Officer and was promoted by the Board to the Executive Director role in 2016. Mr. Shave has a Masters in Business Administration from Western Michigan University and a Bachelors in Marketing from Michigan State University.
Mr. Shave has over 8 years experience in the building and development business as well as property management experience.
Mr. Shave gained a passion for working with non-profit organizations during his years volunteering and is excited to be working for one in an administrative role.
