Margaret Fleckenstein joined the board in 2009. Ms. Fleckenstein is President and CEO of Impact 401(k) Service, LLC, a financial services firm in Kalamazoo, MI, specializing in 401(k) and 403(b) retirement plans. She holds the Series 7, 63, and 65, securities licenses, life and health Insurance licenses, as well as the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation, AIF©.

Prior to founding Impact 401(k) Service, LLC, Ms. Fleckenstein’s background included eight years with National City Insurance Group and National City Bank, Retirement Plan Services. She previously provided 15+ years of training and support services to Boards of Realtors for I/NET, Inc. and Boris Systems, Inc., both developers of real estate Multiple Listing Systems. Ms. Fleckenstein brings 18 years of property management experience to PMUC with her own properties.

Ms. Fleckenstein is a member of the board of directors for the Vineyard Outreach Ministry, a non profit Christian organization in Kalamazoo, MI, serving two years as Vice President and one year as Treasurer. She is also an active committee member for the American Cancer Society, Donald J. Seelye Memorial Golf Tournament.
